This course examines a range of current legal issues and how they are addressed in both Canadian and international law. Students will develop and understanding of our Canadian legal principles related to human rights and freedoms, resolving conflicts, criminal, environmental, and workplace law, both in Canada and internationally. Students will develop thinking, legal studies, and reasoning while examining issues in their own research.
