Homework:

I am very aware that students and their families are very busy and involved in many valuable activities outside of school.  I will attempt to keep homework to a minimal, hopefully, providing more time for families to read together, play games together and/or learn something new as a family.  The homework that I do expect the students to complete will be any unfinished work from class, daily reading and a Math Problem of the Week.  When students are away they should check our GOOGLE CLASSROOM for any missed work.

Math:

I have attached a link below to the University of Waterloo Problem of the Week.  The math problems are organized by strand and are an excellent resource for your child should he/she like extra opportunity to challenge his/her mathematical thinking.
