S.T.E.A.M. stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics. All of these disciplines contribute to the larger picture of improving the world in which we live by solving problems. At STEAM Team meetings students are exposed to a number of STEAM opportunities and have a chance to share their enthusiasm for STEAM with others.

Periodic Table Challenge
Mrs. Deering is challenging all STEAM Teamers to memorize the Periodic Table by learning the Periodic Table song. This is a unique blend of music and science – music is SUCH a great method to foster sequential learning! Note that memorizing the Periodic Table is so much more useful than memorizing Pi!
