schoolpridecolor1Spirit Days are special days at school to help us come together as a community. They happen once each month throughout the year.  Below are the dates and descriptions of the Spirit Days for 2022-2023.

Friday, September 30 – Orange Shirt Day – Wear an orange shirt today in honour of those affected by residential schools.

Friday, October 28 – Superhero Day – Dress up like your favourite super hero today.

Friday, November 25 – Silly Hat/Hair Day – Wear your silliest hat or make your hair silly today. Will we recognize you?

Friday, December 23 – Pajama Day – Just get out of bed and come to school!  Think of the time you will save this morning!

Thursday, January 27 – Stripes and Polka Dot Day – Wear some fun clothing with stripes and/or dots on it today!

Friday, February 24 -Pink, Red, White Friendship Day – Wear pink, red, and white today to celebrate our friends!

Friday, March 24 – Sock Day – In support of Down Syndrome Awareness Week, wear bright and colourful socks…maybe wear 2 different socks

Friday, April 28 –  Favourite Character Day – Dress up as your favourite story or movie character today!

Friday, May 25 – Hawaiian/Beach Day – Get ready to visit the tropics with sunscreen, hat, flip flops. No bathing suits, please.

Friday, June 23 – When I Grow Up Day – What do you want to be when you grow up? Dress up and see if we can guess.
