We want to help your child be as successful as possible.  It is important to share information with us so we can support your child while they are at school.  Information may include arriving late or leaving early for appointments, family changes (new baby, moving, death, separation, divorce), recent illness or feelings about school.

It is often difficult to speak before or after school because we need to ensure all students are safely handed off to adults.  Parents can contact us through a note sent in your child’s mailbag or by voicemail (available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week) at 519-743-4318 (school phone number), pressing 2 for voicemail and stating a staff members’ name. Please do not leave urgent messages on voicemail as we are busy throughout the day teaching and learning and may not receive the message until after school.

If your child is unable to participate fully in all aspects of the program due to illness or if there is a chance of passing an illness to another child or staff member, please keep your child at home to rest and recuperate.
