This month’s Umbrella Project theme is Grit.

The whole school met for an assembly in the gym to hear some skits and information about Grit from the Grade 5s.

In Room 22 we have been celebrating students who are showing grit: doing up their coats all by themselves, putting on their backpack all by themselves, trying to write a  new word.  Ask your child about something that was hard but how they kept on trying until they were successful.
