Now that the snow is starting to melt, we are finding some neat things in the forest. Without any leaves on the trees yet we can see birds’ nests from last year. We have also found lots of fungus growing on dead trees on the forest floor.

We have had many children tell us that they are cold or that their feet are getting wet in the forest. Please check the weather each morning to determine the best clothing to keep your child dry and comfortable at school such as a jacket, boots and mittens.
