Language:

This week we will be learning about pronouns.  We will also look at words with -ed and -ing endings and talk about rules for adding those suffixes.

In writing, we will read and respond to our pen pal letters.

We will be starting a new read aloud!

Character Education:

Last week we listened to a story called The Big Orange Splot.   We will be using the lessons from that story to talk about peer pressure.

Math:

We will be starting a new unit on multiplication and division.  It would be helpful if you worked on your times tables (up to 7 x 7).

Special Events:

Monday the Humane Society is visiting us.

Thursday  is a NLW Parent Evening with Dr. Meg Popovic.
