February Learning Goals

Oral:

*We are learning to use the verb “être” with pronouns like je, tu, il, elle,  and nous, to describe ourselves and our classmates, in full sentences.

*We are learning to talk about “Les Saisons” and what the weather is like and what to wear for the different weather.

*We are learning to use ‘er’ verbs like ‘porter’ correctly

* We are learning to use “Il fait” when talking about the weather

Reading:

*We are learning to read the play “Comment y aller” fluently, using correct pronunciation and lots of expression.

*We are learning to read the songs “Les Saisons”, “Responsible” and “Qu-est ce que tu portes?” with fluidity and correct pronunciation.

Writing:

*We are learning to write full sentences using known words, new words from our “Les Saisons” unit, the play, and the verb “porter”.
