The team’s google classroom contains categorized workout plans for those training over the break.

New Cameron Heights Grade 9 students were given the opportunities to start Pole Vaulting the next day, Wednesday March 8. Meanwhile Grade 10, 11, and 12 Pole vaulting sessions began on Thursday March 9, from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm. Originally there had been two practices at 4:00 pm on March 9 and 10, but the 10 was subsequently cancelled due to unknown reasons.
