The 2019 Boston Music Tour is coming up quickly.  We’ve completed all four fundraising sales periods and we’ve calculated the final trip balances.  If you’re attending the Boston tour you’ll be receiving a balance slip containing a summary of your trip payments, fundraising results and a final balance.  These balances are due on Friday, March 8 to Chapman Cultural Tours.  They can be paid by credit card at www.chapmantours.ca with order # 10751 or they can be paid by cheque or money order payable to: Chapman Cultural Tours Ltd.  Please Indicate student’s name and order # on the memo line of the cheque and deliver to: Ste 213, 10720 Yonge Street, Richmond Hill, Ont. L4C 3C9.

We’re having a Parent Meeting for all tour participants on Tuesday, March 26 at 7:00pm in the cafeteria.  We’ll talk about the finalized trip itinerary, explain our trip expectations, ensure that all ID requirements are met and answer any questions you may have.  The meeting will be less than an hour.  Plan to attend.
