It has been a crazy start to the second semester here at Waterloo-Oxford.  Inclement weather has forced the cancellation of many of our rehearsals and made it very difficult to start preparing our music.  Unfortunately these delays have forced us to cancel our March 6 Rendezvous concert.

The evening was initially designed to highlight our jazz music groups along with a dance team, a student performance of our school’s Drama program, as well as the art and artists of our Visual Arts program.  Sadly, we simply do not have the time to put this concert together with the rehearsals we have remaining.   The drama program has decided to continue with their performance of their play, Brainstorm, anyway.  Please consider attending that performance.  That show will be on Wednesday, March 6.  Tickets will be available at the door.

We’re sorry to disappoint our supporters but we’re committed to ensuring that our musicians are healthy and well-positioned for success and we’re committed to providing quality entertainment opportunities for our audiences.  Remember that our spring concert, Fanfare, will go as scheduled with a performance on Thursday, May 16.
