The upcoming Boston Music tour is approaching quickly.  We want to make sure everyone has all the information they need to have a safe and enjoyable tour so we’re having a parent meeting for our Boston trip participants on Tuesday, March 26 in the school library.  The meeting will start at 7:00pm and last for approximately 45 minutes.  We’ll cover the behaviour expectations for the trip, walk through the final itinerary and answer any questions you may have about the tour.

Please bring a photocopy of your passport (as per the Board policy for Category 3 trips).  We’ll also ask you to complete a Travel Consent form for crossing the U.S. border while you’re at the meeting.  Remember that  your final payment was to be paid to Chapman Cultural Tours before the break.  If you haven’t paid it yet please get that done as soon as possible.  Your medical permission form also needs to be completed before the parent meeting.  It’s accessible on School Day.
