Taylor Swift is known to be one of the best performers and artists of this generation. She is constantly dominating the charts. Her new album “Midnights” held the top 10 spots on the Top 100 after its release. On November 1st 2022 Taylor revealed she was set to tour in March 2023.

Fans were anticipating the opening weekend for months. They chose extravagant outfits and many flew thousands of miles. However, none of this could happen before fans acquired tickets. Ticketmaster took on the opportunity of supplying Swifties with tickets and they sadly failed to complete the task.

Once the Ticketmaster Presale started for tickets to the tour many issues started coming up. Fans were unable to purchase tickets, the site crashed, ticket prices were outrageous, and many fans were left unsatisfied. Thousands of people lined up and waited many sleepless nights to purchase tickets. Just for a chance to see Taylor live.

With a long history of performing Taylor really knows how to put on a show. With the setlist lasting over 3 hours, 44 songs being performed each night, and incredible outfits, she really does make it worth our time. Each night is a trip through her past 10 eras in her life. From Debut to Midnights, we get it all. Each era gets its own time to shine, and the setlist is a great mix of memorable songs.

Fans have been stunned by the visual appeal of this show. Not only is it a concert, it is a magical night. Each new show has something new to offer. New costumes, new speeches, and even 2 surprise songs each night. The lights and screens make this an unforgettable night.

Starting off her tour in Glendale, Arizona -or Swift City, as the Mayor officially changed the city’s name to for the weekend of Taylors concert- Taylor is set to perform 52 incredible shows just for the US leg of the tour. International dates have not yet been announced and fans are assuming that Taylor is waiting for Ticketmaster to become more reliable before she trusts them with such a large task for her fans again.

So far this tour has broken records and has become the biggest internet sensation. Celebrities including Selena Gomez, the HAIM sisters, Emma Stone, Laura Dern, Marcus Mumford, Chloe Moretz, Emma Watson, Shania Twain, Emma Roberts, Ellen Pompeo, and many, many more have gone to a show. Not to mention the hundreds of Tiktok influencers.

Taylor Swift previously held the record for the highest grossing American Tour with her last tour “Reputation Stadium Tour” and according to Billboard she is set to break her own record with “The Eras Tour”. Her opening night in Glendale Arizona broke the record for the most attended female concert, and her weekend at AT&T Stadium in Arlington broke the record for the highest attendance yet with 210,607 Swifties over the course of 3 days. Taylor is the first artist to headline three nights at this stadium.
