Our proposed 2020 Music Trip to Chicago has been approved by our school board.  We are now in a position to start collecting participants agreements and trip deposits.  The deadline for bringing in these agreements and deposits will be extended to Wednesday, October 30.

The total trip cost is $1020, which includes the occasional teacher coverage cost, as well as mandatory trip cancellation and medical insurance  The first deposit is $359 and can either be paid directly at www.chapmantours.ca using invoice #10809 or it can be paid by cheque payable to Chapman Cultural Tours Ltd and brought in to the Music department at W-O.   In both cases we’ll need you to bring in the pink trip application form we provided at the parent’s meeting and at our rehearsals along with the yellow Chicago Participants Agreement.  Both will need to be completed and signed.  A student will only be considered as signed up for the trip when we’ve received proof of payment of the first installment (the tour company will notify us of credit card payments) as well as both the pink and yellow forms.  Extra forms are available in the Music office at school.  We only have space for 102 passengers on the trip.  Students registering beyond that number will be put on a waiting list.
