Additional Websites

A few online software programs your student may have worked with previously, “Dreambox” (math) and “Razkids” (reading), are being offered FREE for the remainder of the school year. If you would like to sign your student up, click the links for these programs on the “Helpful Websites” tab in our classroom website. https://teachers.wrdsb.ca/pucherc/links/

Future plans for learning are still being worked out but at this point I can share two resources with you: Ontario Learn at Home www.ontario.ca/learnathome WRDSB@learn https://schools.wrdsb.ca/athome/ Students also still have access to our Google Classroom where activities we’ve been doing through the year can be continued.

The Students have voted…

The results are in from our online vote. Our symbolically adopted North American Beaver and Black-footed Ferret have names. This means the stuffies in our room will be known as Cheddar (the Beaver) and Jerry (the Ferret).

Quick Updates

Yesterday, we began LONG DIVISION. Look under the “Math Samples” tab for examples. Calendar change: We will have our CRAZY Sock day tomorrow, Friday, instead of the Tuesday after March Break.
