Parent/Teacher night

Due to an unforseen family situation I will not be able to attend parent/teacher night this evening.  However, I am available in room 9 this afternoon from 1:20-3:00 pm for a drop in, otherwise we can call or email.  I will continue to be available Friday afternoon for scheduled visits. Thank you!

History Test – Friday, November 3rd!

71 and 7H have a history text scheduled for Friday, November 3rd.  Material to be reviewed includes Jacques Cartier’s voyages, Samuel de Champlain, coureurs de bois, missionaries (Jesuits and Ursuline nuns), the Metis, filles du roi, and the impact of European contact on the First Nations people.

Wear orange Friday, September 29th

This Friday students are encouraged to wear orange in support of Every Child Matters, an initiative to show support for Indigenous residential school survivors.

Fantasy novels due!
