Piclits.com (website Google and free app)– realistic photos and kids can drag words up (drag and drop) or freestyle writing to describe the photo. Constructing sentences. -grammar, descriptive writing, etc.
Toondoo.com: website, similar to bitstrips (make comics)
Padlet.com–similar to Google docs in that multiple users can collaborate to create content.

Edmodo.com similar to Facebook, but with an education focus. Safer social media platform with teacher controlling and monitoring interaction. Great for teaching online etiquette, great for digital citizenship
