To effectively argue that you understand the audience of an ad, you should be able to say something about some or all of the following characteristics of the person whom the advertiser is targeting:
age gender
geographical location interests (sports, hobbies, passions)
profession nationality, culture, race, religion, languages spoken
socio-economic class political and social beliefs
education level
So, who would notice this ad? Before you look at my answers below, make your own guess about audience.

age: child (or parent)
sex: perhaps both, more likely a girl
geographical location: North American
interests: a passion for Walt Disney movies
Social beliefs: concerned about the environment
